This service includes: our act as a liaison between customer and manufacturer, diagnose issues, repair as needed
We also handle any quality, shipping or sizing issues with the manufacturer AND we service the warranty, should they have issues down the road. Opposed to your big box store or online site, where they have limited roles and responsibilities, not to mention major quality differences.
